Initial Size of IntelliJ MainFrame
I noticed that, when starting IntelliJ, the initial size of the main frame covers exactly the usable desktop area, without been hidden by the Windows taskbar. This behaviour is very good so that I want to achieve the same in our application.
Of course with setting the frame size to the screensize is no solution, because the frame's lower part will be hidden behind the taskbar.
How did you IntelliJ developers achieve the initial size of the main frame to fit the usable desktop area? As far as I know Java Swing does not provide a method to maximize a frame in code, and it appears that the IntelliJ main frame is even not in the maximized state when opened initially.
Any hint from anybody would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
