Error when running WebApp : Illegal target of jump or branch

Hello,

I've got the error only when I run my WebApp under IntelliJ, when I try with Jbuilder, I've got no problem. The source of the error is a page : sidebar.jsp which holds a lot of "<logic:equal>" block.
The error appeared when I add a new "<logic:equal>" block.
When I delete some of the code(simple html) into one of these block, the error disappear...

Can somebody help me ? :)

You generally get this error when your jsp is too big.
Well, that's not quite correct, the single method java call generated by the jsp is too big.

Why are you getting this in Intellij and not Jbuilder?
I assume because they are both running a different install of tomcat,
and either one's threshhold must be different than the others, but that's just a guess.

The only workaround I know of is to reduce the number of tags used in your jsp.

Good luck.

Yes, that's what I was thinking about ! :)
I found on the internet that the limit is 64k so...
And I saw that when I use intelliJ, the servlet generated is bigger than the one generated by JBuilder.
