Still getting tomcat debugging errors...

I can run my app fine within tomcat, and I can debug a test harness class, but I cant start tomcat in debug mode.

Whenever I start it up I get an "Could not load the main class, program will exit" error. Running JDK 1.4.1 and Tomcat 4.0.6.

Any ideas?

Yes I am. Downloaded without the JRE tho...I cant successfully download the jre inclusive version...Keep getting server busy.
