Hi,

I have just install IntelliJ Ultimate EAP on Ubuntu. I cannot get the 'Run Dashboard' to appear at all for my Spring Boot projects.

I have the '-Dide.run.dashboard=true' property set. I have been on many pages and forums looking but cannot get this to appear.

All the best,

Aaron

is there a way to create a file in a specific place/folder like in vs code when using the "File Utils" plugin? It is little bit annoying to open project sidebar or guess where the file will end up if to use cmd+shift+a and then new file.

The file will be created in the current directory. If you have an editor focused, new file will be created in the same directory as the opened one.

annoying to open the project sidebar

You can use Cmd/Ctrl+1 for that. See this gif on how to quickly create a new file in a directory:

Konstantin Annikov  i know about this shortcut, but i was more interested in not seeing sidebar at all) so like create new file relative to root or relative to current open file. Like with file utils in vs code
