Yeah - a new EAP - but I cant download

Hi,

i try to download the last EAP PHPStorm 126.260.

But the download always stopps at nearly 50MB.
I tryed to download it with IE9, Chrom and Firefox.

Always the same: the download stops at nearly 50MB  - the Browser says, that it is still downloading, but the number of "loaded" is not going higher. So the shown speed is going down. (I start with nearly 450kb/s).
