PHPStorm - Notification of file changes in SVN

In a past project using PHPStorm I was able to set an option that caused a notification to appear when a file I was working on was changed in the SVN repository. Looking through the settings, however, I have not been able to locate that setting or remember what it was called. Does anyone know where this option is or what it is called?
