Plugin Idea: Plugin Like SB2's Fetch to Download Latest Versions of Project Dependencies

Sublime Text 2 has a great plugin offered by Nettuts.

Fairly simple in design, it saves a ton of time.

You give the plugin download locations for the latest version of files and frameworks you use in your projects. You can then select them from a menu to download into your project extracting archives as needed.
