Did PhpStorm 5.0.3 break ability to recognize PHP constants and classes?

I just uploaded to PhpStorm 5.0.3 and now it no longer recognizes constants or selected classes.  Did I do something wrong or did 5.0.3 break this?

As soon as I posted this I found the answer.  I needed to run Invalidate Caches:
