commenting is not working properly in phpstorm

Hi
commenting is not working properly for me in php storm.

in the following picture cursor is at start of line

When I use CTRL+/ . I get following

and when I use CTRL+SHIFT+/ I get following.

Is it bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hi there,

As far as I am aware:

  1. Ctrl + / behaviour should be a bug.
  2. Ctrl + Shift + / behaviour is expected (as it applies to selection ONLY)
