Web storm does not connect to Firefox in debug mode

Greetings. I've faced a trouble while using your great product - I've followed all the directions mentioned here http://wiki.jetbrains.net/intellij/Debugging_JavaScript_locally_in_Firefox_with_WebStorm_and_PhpStorm but, nevertheless, when I try to debug the page, the Firefox starts, but does not redirects to the proper page, just shows me the blank one. In the Scripts tab of Debug window in WebStorm I receive message "Not connected to Firefox". The log file does not seem to give any clue about that...By the way, I've tried to do the same in IDEA, the result is the same...I would appreciate your help in solving, thanks!

P.S. By the way what is the difference between IDEA and WebStorm, concerning JavaScript? Seems, they're the same...

Which versions of Firefox and WebStorm do you use? Also please specify your OS.

You're right, there are no difference between WebStorm and IDEA regarding Javascript support.

Hi again! Here is my environment:
1. Windows XP Home Edition OS
2. Firefox 9.0.1
3. WebStorm 3.0 / IDEA 10.5

P.S. And one more question - how to point the WebStorm to a browser? When I try to run debug with Chrome, it attempts to run it from the directory which does not exist

Please go to Tools | Add-ons in Firefox and check that 'JetBrains Firefox extension' is installed. Which version of the extension is shown?

Commands used to open browsers are specified in File | Settings | Web Browsers.

Thank you, I've already solved the problem - it's odd, but the JetBrains plugin was installed but disabled in Firefox
Anyway, thanks!
