How configure ide for ignoring php blocks in js files?

How configure IDE for ignoring php blocks <?php .... ?> in js files?
Php bllocks now breaking inspection and other fueatures! :-(

Assign .js extension to PHP under Settings | File Types
then, set outer language to JS under Settings | Template data lanugages for these files.
