We haven't added any SCSS completion to this kind of files, however CSS autocompletion should work. Could you please provide specific code example when you expect autocompletion but it doesn't work?
Indeed in the latest builds autocompletion for SCSS doesn't work. We have a feature request for it, feel free to vote, comment and get notified once it is fixed. http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/RUBY-8817

I made a simple .scss file and it didn't work, for instance:
div#rankings_page {
p { font-size:12px; margin-top:1.5em; }
}

I kinda wish it did, since I'm not doing plain .css files anymore, I only use Compass.
