Scopes linked to changelists/tasks Follow

Is there a way of creating a scope for the current changelist/task automatically?

Example:

I create a new task (and therefore changelist), called "Adding feature X", and PhpStorm automatically creates a new Scope with the same name, that contains only the files/directories that exist in the current changelist/task context.

This way I can see only the files that I am currently working on in the Project pane, and the next time I work on the task, I can quickly select the corresponding Scope.

Is this possible at the moment?

If not, does this sound feasible for a feature request?
