Local SVN Checkout Revert Not Updating Remote Server...

Currently the only way I can find to update the remote server of the reverted files after doing a reversion locally in phpStorm is to deploy everything to the remote server.  What I'd like is for the SVN Revert to update the remote server automatically if I have "Deploy to remote server on save checked."  If I don't have that option checked I'd like it to prompt me on what action I would like it to take.

It's frustrating to have to deploy 1000 files just because I reverted 10 files and I can't remember the exact files I reverted, since they are no longer in my change list I can't selectively deploy them.
