CVS gets corrupted with 5.0.2

I noticed that with the new release I cant use CVS anymore.

1st, After the update I opened my project and half of the files were not in CVS, I was asked to add them

I did a clean check out, modified a few files and committed. I cant update anymore, I get Access denied error in the intelliJ, and "no such repository" message from the cygwin. I get the error after going through a few packages.

What is going on?
Any advice?

Thank you.

I noticed that some CVS/Entries were renamed to CVS/Entries~

Any idea why?

Have you running a virus scanner or Google Search? Please deactivate them
for these directories.

Is there an easy way in Google Search to disable all the CVS directories
without picking each one individually?

Don't know. We just got reports about Google Search interfering CVS
operations. Disabling/deinstalling it solved the problems.

Removing Google desktop helped.

Thanks.
