A question to the jetbrains license

Hi,

2 questions:

1) if I decide to buy a yearly subscription for PHPStorm and I want to update to "All Products Pack" in a few weeks or month, can I do this and if yes, do I have to pay the full price again?

2) If I decide to buy a yearly subscription for PHPStorm and after a year, when my subscription gets a discount, I want to update to "All Products Pack", ca I do this and if yes, do I have to pay the full price and what happens to the discount to the existing PHPStorm subscription?
