To begin with writing a plugin on intellij for android studio

Hi, i'm a beginner in developping plugins.

I need help and documentation that make me create and implement a plugin on intellij idea or android studio.

I have  found some documentation but i always find problems with log4j configuration when i run or debug.

Can any one help please.
