Beginner - Need Help Opening UML Diagram

After reading a couple posts about UML diagrams on the the jetbrains website, and a couple of other third-party websites, I am still left without a UML Diagram.  I am unfamiliar with the PyCharm layout and settings.

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could walk me through how to open/generate/view a UML diagram of my code.

PyCharm is up to date.
