Still Can't Change Jetty 9 Port In Local RunConfig

As per this thread from almost 2 years ago :0 and this YouTrack issue there still doesn't seem to be a way to pass parameters to Jetty and change the port.

You can manually change your start.ini on disk in your jetty installation but that then affects everything else that you do from that dir.

Can I bump this as a request to be addressed in an upcoming EAP?
