Open Webstorm Stuck in Upper Right Corner Of Desktop

WebStorm is stuck in the upper right hand corner and I cannot move it to center screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem. The graphic below shows its position on my desktop. Please advise.

Hi there,

Please try pressing "Windows+Left" while WebStorm is focused -- it should resize WebStorm window to fill half the screen and stick it to the left. Then you can resize it as you wish.

Used Alt + Spacebar then M.
