WarmNeon font appears tiny even when set to default size 12

When I have the warmneon scheme set it makes the font nearly unreadable because it is so small. Doesn't appear to be an issue with others. But also wont let me change the console font size when I go to Editor > Colors & Fonts > Console Font

Pre-defined Scheme can not be changed, please use Save As... button to make a copy of it first and them modify the font size.
