Python plugin 2.1.1 + run python modules?

Hi,

I like what I see so far re: the new python plugin.

I'm trying to execute a script / module however I keep getting import errors.

I also created a temporary new project which can run modules successfully.

The only difference between the two projects is the project that is working has a "src" folder.

Is a src folder mandatory?

In the project that has no src folder, I've marked the appropriate folders as source, unit test etc. and it compiles without error.
