OSX 10.11 - El Capitan Follow
Since upgrading to OSX 10.11 java 1.6 is automatically removed and not able to run anymore.
I can understand that you now bundle a custom JVM with some of your builds. Is there a version of AppCode 3.1.7 with this JVM? I tried the 3.2 build, but the fonts look so terrible that i am unable to work properly.
Alternatively, is there a way to get proper font smoothing with AppCode 3.2 and the bundled JVM 1.8? Otherwise it's such a step back that a lot of people (including me) will consider not upgrading to 10.11 just because of this.
Digitally yours,
Peter Boné

..well, just keep in mind that we're talking about the first developer build.
Lot's of stuff is usually happening between the first beta and the initial public release of the OS.
cheers,
Jay
Hi Peter.
We are planning to release a new AppCode EAP soon and it will contain bundled JDK with some performance and other improvements.
Please subscribe to our blog or our twitter to get the latest news about AppCode updates.
I'm still having a problem with fonts looking weird in latest build 143.379. It looks fine right when you start AppCode but a few minutes later it starts looking weird. And the fonts "jitter" a bit too.
JDK 1.8.0_40_b92
I'm running El Capitan 10.11.1
