Have you checked out the roadmap? http://blogs.jetbrains.com/pycharm/2010/02/pycharm-1-0-roadmap-uncovered/

Not-so-obvious name for it, but I believe this one is the one you're looking for "Integrated REPL with syntax highlighting and code completion"

Check out a little info on what the heck a REPL is here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Read-eval-print_loop

Very cool stuff.

Hope that helps!

Yes, as Oleg Shpynov said, you can use python console by using pycharm editor. You can install the latest version of pycharm 3.0 or even pycharm 3.2 versions for coding python to build websites. Even simply you can just write your codes in any editors like eclipse, sublime and run in the terminal using python shell programming. For python, there are many websites, tutorials, blogs are available to learn python. It is widely used to develop websites. For more details for python services, you can visit python tutorials point site
