feature request: mark some variable as global

Please file a feature request at http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/

My framework will automaticly add some variables to '__builtins__' at

runtime, in pycharm edit view I want not report these variables as

undefined.

In eclipse pydev there has an option: "Consider the following names as

globals ", I think this feature is important.
