My bad, I thought of another window. This one is using a default IDE font for UI widgets. You may try to change it at Preferences but this will make every widget and window to change their font too.
If you don't have your own color scheme then don't forget to make one with the "Save as..." button on the top of the window. AppCode won't allow you to change anything in default schemes.
