Run Configuration - Environment variables lost after restart

Hello Declan,

Thanks for your report! This is a bug which will be fixed in PyCharm beta 2.

After setting up environment variables in my run configuration (and

using that config successfully) if I close and re-open the project or

restart PyCharm the settings are lost.

Why might this be happening?
