Debugging Google App Engine on MacOSX

I'm having some trouble starting the debugger for a Google App Engine project only on Mac OSX.  When I run the debugger, the output window gets as far as displaying "Starting appserver...." but nothing happens after that.

Has anyone had any trouble with MacOSX debugging and GAE?  If so, what sort of things did you do to troubleshoot?

I should note that debugging django and individual files works fine.

Hello Karim,

Please try to edit the environment variables for the App Engine run configuration

and add the variable PYTHONUNBUFFERED=1. This should fix the problem.

PyCharm beta 2 will set that environment variable automatically.
