PyCharm 96.1142 unusable

Yesterday the PyCharm folks released a new EAP build 96.1203.  I too had some funky performance issues on the earlier builds (including 96.1142).  Using the new 96.1203 build, once I got past the painful initial launch things seem to have improved.  Good luck.
