Launching Instruments from AppCode doesn't symbolicate the full call stack

When I launch Instruments from AppCode, parts of the call stack are not symbolicated. To be precise, the relevant (my own) calls are missing and it only displays the system and first party framework calls. When I launch the same app in Instruments from Xcode, I get the full call stack.

I tried to search the forums and google this issue, but I didn't find any reference.
