PyCharm & RubyMine dock-friendly linux desktop entries

Hello, if anybody is interested I quickly backed dock-friendly desktop entries for linux usage of PyCharm and RubyMine

The agent from jteam is APL licensed, so I think the PyCharm and RubyMine team could just pull that and the desktop scripts into the main distribution.

Just an update:

I've modified my previous scripts in order to make things more automatic and supporting updates as well.

This works with IDEA now, I suppose other Jetbrains IDE may work as well, drop me a message if you want them working.
