Structure update constantly spinning

Before I log this as an issue, is anyone else with either 1.5.4 or 2.0 seeing the structure view hanging in updating? This is indicated by the loading text in the structure view as well as a spinner in the top-right of that window. It does clear if I collapse the relevant part(s) of the tree view, but it's kind of annoying to say the least. Especially so when it replaces part of your view with the loading text.
