Sublime Text style file preview scrollbar

I'd really like PyCharm to implement a great feature from Sublime Text: On the right hand scrollbar, it shows you a zoomed-out preview of your whole document, so you can visually page through it. Quite handy for larger files, and nicely visual.

Thanks! I downloaded the Outline plugin and am using it now. Looks pretty good, though not quite up to the standards of the tools built into PyCharm. :-)
