pull up/down refactoring

this is going to be in 2.0, right?

and you guys are working hard on 1.6 - does that mean that this is a long way off?

this is one of the remaining things I have to do manually - it's amazing to think my workflow was this clunky for ALL my coding before.. so I probably shouldn't whinge, but it'd be lovely to have appcode do this for me too...
