why different result with pycharm and python shell run

I have writen multiprocessing python  script  when i use pycharm run,The result like that .See the cpu usage and ouput ,Is fit the multiprocessing theory

But when i use python shell to run the script,the result was different with pycham run it,look at cpu usage and the result very strange

what make the same code dfferent result .

the script in Attachments,and the my os system was ubunte 11.4 and python 2.7
