SOLVED: ImportError: cannot import name modname

I just installed 2.6.2 and came across this error when attempting to debug a script.  Any ideas as to why this is coming up?

So apparently I had a PYTHONPATH entry that pointed to a folder which contained a  I've removed the offending entry (and created a much needed for that module.

Problem solved.
