Completion list show logic? Follow

Trying to understand the logic,

let's i'm typing (case-sensitive):  NSa | lert  . The completion list show on pressing small 'a')
but if i'm typing:  nsa | lert . The completion list not shown ('n', 's' - are small).

Can't it be improved to be show completion if everything is small-case?
