Why is Run button disabled?

Right, I'm new to AppCode and have opened an existing XCode iOS app in AppCode. It loads, and I can debug in the simulator or on my iPhone.

However, the green Run icon / button is always disabled. I've created a new 'Release' configuration, and selected it in the dropdown but still, the button remains disabled.

Am I being stupid? Probably ;)
