Highlighting Syntax of Other Languages in Pycharm?

I have a Python project I'm coding up in Pycharm, where a small amount of the code needed to be written in Lua (used with Redis, but that's another story). This code is in a separate file with a .lua extension. Right now, I have to edit it in a separate editor to get syntax highlighting. Is there any way for me to get syntax highlighting for the lua code directly in Pycharm? Maybe using this pluging: http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin?pluginId=5055 ?

Hi, the right way of getting syntax highlighting for PyCharm unsupported languages is to use TextMate bundles. PyCharm understands and supports TextMate bundles very well. There is Textmate bundle for lua https://github.com/textmate/lua.tmbundle  Anyway you can probably find another one with the better lua highlighting on other resources. Please follow this blog post: http://blog.jetbrains.com/pycharm/2013/06/textmate-bundles-in-pycharm/ and tutorial mentioned in it: http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PYH/TextMate+Bundles+in+PyCharm. Hope that helps.
