Eclipse keymap on Ubuntu 13.04

I've just started testing PyCharm Community Edition. Some of the keymaps don't seem to work under Ubuntu. For example Alt-Ctrl-Down should duplicate a line but it isn't recognized (works find on Windows). Does anyone have experience of this (or, better, a solution)?
