Typescript transpiled files are not hidden under original root file

I've bought PyCharm 3.0.1 and I'm using it for a Django project with a very large typescript portion. Compiling is triggered fine and the resulting transpiled javascript file can be used in Chrome.

My only issues is that the transpiled files are not properly hidden in the "explorer" view on the left side. Instead I see the original .ts-file and its corresponding .js and .js.map files in the same directory. I have activated the file watcher's option "Track only root files". For some typescript files PyCharm only shows the actual root file and hides the transpiled results, but I cannot determine the pattern, why it's doing this. Does anybody have an idea why this is happening? Otherwise I should probably open a bug report...
