How to create a simple gui window with a message

I can't really figure out how to add a gui pop-up window out of PyCharm.  Does anyone have a good example of how I can do that real quick.

Thanks

Hi okbishop,

please, specify what do you actually want to do.
Do you want to write piece of python code to create some pop-up for your application?
Do you write plugin for PyCharm (using java)?

Ok.  How do I incorporate one of these into PyCharm?  I don't know where to
add the plug in if that's the right word?  The doc's don't tell me?  Or am
I just that dense...
:)
