Deployment of changed files (Community Ed.)

I'm currently reading documentation about how to deploy changed files to another directory.

Like this:

However, my PyCharm doesn't have the mentioned Deployment area under Tools | Deployment | Configuration ...

Is it because of the Community edition?

How do you automatically copy files after saving to another directory using the Community Ed.??
