Interpreter configuration problem on Windows

I am getting errors even if I want to use following things:
@staticmethod, range, object.

I can simply run this project, either from command line or from PyCharm and it works normally as if these errors wouldn’t exist, but these errors confuse me plus autocompletion sometimes doesn't work.

I am using Windows 7, and D: drive is a mounted remote drive.

Project files cannot be watched (are they under network mount?)

I had this problem, too. I recreated the Python interpreter the same way after creating the project. The @staticmethod, len() etc. problems you describe went away afterwards. Don't forget to set your env vars:
