Remote interpreter - wrong environment

Hi,

I'm having a rather strange problem.
My project is configured to run on a remote server using a remote interpreter. The PATH environment for the remote user is configured in .profile.

Everything was working like a charm until I tried to run the program this morning. Somehow the correct PATH does not get recognized anymore and therefore subprocess calls do not get executed properly (I printed the environment ...)

When I try to run the program directly on the server, everything is ok.

Did the configuration change in the latest updated?
Did I miss something when configuring the interpreter?

PyCharm: 3.4.1
Remote Python Project Interpreter
Development OS: Linux Mint
Remote host: Linux Ubuntu

Thanks for your help,
Stephan

I've found the problem:

Somehow pycharm performed a reset on my run-configurations and the environment settings were lost.
