Invalidate code signatures

OK.  I'm a rank novice at python, but all I really need to do for the moment is build some apps using the build.sh that is included with the source code.  When I try I get a whole list of error messages that essentially duplicate these:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/strip: changes being made to the file will invalidate the code signature in: /Users/chuck/Desktop/easyabc_source_code_1.3.6.3/dist/EasyABC.app/Contents/Resources/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload/_Ctl.so (for architecture x86_64)
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/strip: changes being made to the file will invalidate the code signature in: /Users/chuck/Desktop/easyabc_source_code_1.3.6.3/dist/EasyABC.app/Contents/Resources/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload/_Ctl.so (for architecture i386)

All that changes is the xxx.so at the end.

I can't find any signature information anywhere in the code, and haven't any idea where this message is coming from.  Any help out here?

I'm running the free PyCharm on a Mac OS 10.10 with python 2.7.10

Thanks
