Can't activeate pycharm, proxy error Permanently deleted user Created June 06, 2015 18:34 After downloading pycharm from website I have tried register it by Jetbrains Account as always do. I have got this error.
It may be a proxy issue, content filter, substituted certificate, etc.
If you work via a proxy, please configure it in Preferences | HTTP Proxy.
I got the same error, but I don't understand how to solve it :/ Can you explain exactly what to do?
