View "Structure" for several files at once?

I find the "Structure" tool window to be really useful. I'd like to be able to view the Structure for several files at once–but I don't see any way of doing this. The structure window seems to always change based on the focus of the editor window.

The "Hierarchy" window has the "Pin" button in its toolbar (and the Structure window does not), and that's close to what I want. But even this isn't exactly right, since I can't (AFAIK) simultaneously view several hierarchies side-by-side–only via tabs.

It would be really useful for comparing different files, to make sure naming is consistant, factor out common code, etc.

Is there a way to do this, or is this a feature request?

I'm also really interested in this. I have large json data models that I'd like to keep open in the structure view while working on the relevant python code.

Is this possible?

I'm afraid only one structure view can be displayed at one time in one IDE window. Feel free to submit feature request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues
