Parameter info in Quick Documentation

I use Pycharm Edu 2.0.2 (MS Windows 7 and 8). I not see information about paramaters of function in Quick Documentation.
For example:

def foo(par1):
    """
    Information about function.

    :param par1: about first parameter
    :type par1: str
    :return: return number 10
    :rtype: int
    """
    return 10

In Quick Documentation i see only this text and nothing about parameter and return value:


def foo(par1)
Inferred type: (par1: str) -> int  

Information about function.


In Settings/Editor/Code Completion is Show full signatures ON.

Where is problem? Thank for help.
