Hi.  I searched the forums and couldn't find this.....  Is there a particular reason why x86 is not supported?

I spend my days doing industrial linux that runs a x86 platform, so, of course, I develop on an x86.  I've been using Microsoft's CODE editor and thought I'd "Up My Game"..... :)

Hi Kenneth.

CLion doesn’t support 32-bit OS, neither do we have plan to support them.
The main reason why we don’t support it because 32 bit JDK can't allocate more that 700mb per process which is too little for CLion.
